Infused Whipped Cream

Summer is in full swing and if you’re anything like me you look forward to all the summer fruits! I must admit, they always seem to be a little tastier with whipped cream. Here is my favorite way to prepare infused whipped cream…you can adjust the sweetness level to your liking. Also keep in mind that I like to use maple syrup (because that's how we made it growing up) but you can swap that for any sweetener you prefer!


  • COLD Heavy whipping cream- 1 cup

  • Pure Maple Syrup- 2 tbsp (or to taste)

  • Pure Vanilla Extract- ½ tsp

  • Cannabis Tincture- 50mg-100mg

First step is to chill your mixing bowl and mixing utensil in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. The colder everything is, the easier it will be to achieve the proper consistency. Combine all ingredients into the chilled bowl. If you have a mixer use it, but if not a hand whisk or even a fork will do the job (it’ll just take a little more time and effort). You’ll want to mix vigorously until the whipped cream is able to hold peaks.

This recipe will make 2 cups of whipped cream which is about 8-10 servings. Pair with your favorite fruit for a delicious summer treat. Hope you enjoy! And as always #whatsinyourstash
